* Admission is strictly by personal invitation only.
* Sale and transfer of invitation to others, and posting of invitation publicly is strictly forbidden.
* No posting of products and/or details of the sale on any social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Xiao Hong Shu, WeChat, Weibo, Tiktok etc. Any content found on social media will lead to an automatic cancellation of your order and be exempt from all future OnTheList events.
Product & Pricing
* Purchases are for personal use only - purchase on behalf of others are strictly forbidden.
* Reselling of items, through any channel including informal/personal means, is strictly forbidden.
* Exchange, return, refund, after-sale services and alterations on items purchased will NOT be accepted.
* For all online orders, you must contact our team within 7 days upon receiving to notify any defects on the product.
* All products will be sold in "as is" condition and may have parts/accessories missing.
* All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
* Final prices are determined at checkout.
* Prices may be adjusted at any point during the sale period. Adjustments do not apply to purchases already processed and cannot be the base for any claim.
* Any re-sale or attempted re-sale of items purchased at the Staff Sale will result in disciplinary action, including potential dismissal. Anyone listing items on WeChat, Carousell, eBay or similar sites from the Staff Sale.
Purchase Quota
*Unisex Scarves: Limited to 5 per invite
*Small Leather Goods: Limited to 5 per invite
*Men and Women Bags: Limited to 3 per invite
*Men and Women Rainwear: Limited to 2 per invite
**Quota will apply throughout the whole sale event**
Delivery
* NSW - Metro & Regional: Free delivery on all orders above AU$160. AU$15 delivery charge under AU$160.
* All Other States - Metro & Regional: Free delivery on all orders above AU$220. AU$18 delivery charge under AU$220.
* Estimated delivery time: 4 weeks. Christmas delivery not guarantee.
Payment
* Payment by Visa or Mastercard.
* Payment in AUD only.

* OnTheList Pty. Ltd. reserves the right to make the final decision for access to the sale, sale of products and in any disputes.
